　　(7)测试报告（Test Reports (including Test Results, Test Setup Photosand Examinations carried out)）

　　说明：所有递交的文档建议为日文文档，英文文档也可被接受。测试报告可以用当地测试机构所用语言。值得注意的是，对于非低功率无线电站及其终端设备的使用需要向MIC申请执照。此外，对于电信终端设备的符合性认证分两种情况：对于普通电话装置，只要按电信事业法要求进行JATE认证；
