什么是日本PSE认证？PSE认证是日本针对电气用品的一个强制性安全认证，是日本电气用品的强制性市场准入制度。根据产品不同，PSE认证又分为“特定电气用品”和“非特定电气用品”，前者铭牌贴菱形PSE标志，后者铭牌贴圆形PSE标志，不同类别产品PSE认证费用不同。
哪些电池强制要求做PSE认证：
1.能量密度超过400Wh/L的电池
2.必须是锂离子电池
3.除了用于医疗设备、工业设备和汽车/摩托车类的锂离子电池。
锂电池PSE认证测试标准：
JISC8712用于便携设备的密封二次电芯或电池-安全要求；JISC8714用于便携式设备的小型锂离子蓄电池和蓄电池组的安全测试。
