日本针对无线电射频设备的认证称为Radio Equipment Type Approval，管控机构是日本总务省MIC(Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications)，主要认证机构是由MIC指定的TELEC(Telecom Engineering Center)，还有如RF Technologies/JQA/SGS/ITS/TUV/UL等共12家出证机构，所以通常又称为TELEC认证，也有人称为MIC认证、RF认证、GITEKI认证、技适认证，类似国内的SRRC认证。
蓝牙和WIFI产品TELEC认证测试要求
测试认证是针对每一个设备单元进行验证，该认证只对每一个经过了验证的设备单元有效; WiFi和Bluetooth产品其的测试项目基本上与欧标的EN300 328类似. 其中2.4GHz WiFi产品(802.11b/g，2412~2472 MHz)和Bluetooth产品使用的标准为MIC Notice No.88 Annex43，但是对于2.4GHz WiFi产品的14信道(Channel 14：2471 ~ 2497MHz)则需要单独使用Annex44进行测试和出具报告，相应的规费也需要增加。 对于5GHz WiFi产品(802.11a，5180~5320MHz，W52 Band和W53 Band)遵循的测试标准为Annex45，但是需要注意的是，资料显示，MIC近期将会修改Annex45，将5.6GHz设备(Band W56)也归入Annex45，并且对Band 56频段有更加严格的DFS测试要求。

8、占空比测试(Duty Cycle Measurement)
9、占用时间测试(retention time)
