中国海关认可的商务资质认证证书（CB认证），又称“中国商务资质认证证书”，是企业在中国贸易活动中的合法资质，是企业进入中国市场的重要途径。
企业申请CB认证，须同时提交营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证件、企业章程和企业财务报表等材料。
申请材料齐全后，将由中国海关总署（GACC）的认证机构进行审核。认证机构一般会对申请企业进行实地考察，考察内容包括企业经营场所、生产设备、员工素质、贸易记录、产品质量等方面。
经过审核后，认证机构会给予申请企业一份建议报告，报告内容包括企业资质是否符合要求、企业贸易能力是否符合要求、企业产品是否符合要求等。
建议报告达成一致后，由GACC正式签发CB认证，企业获得CB认证后，即可在全国各地参与报关、报检、进出口贸易活动。
